A large, oversized mug and part of a collection of three from the Keith Murray celadon design for Wedgwood. The three ringed ribbed detail is minimal with an elegant form and shape in the mug handle. Pale celadon green with ivory white interior details and handle. Base shows makers mark.

Keith Day Pearce Murray (1892 - 1981) was a New Zealand-born architect and designer who worked as a ceramics, glass, and metalware designer for Wedgwood in the 1930s and 1940s. He is considered one of the most influential designers of the Art Deco style. His designs look as fresh today as they did over 80 years ago.
